W2K-1 ACTISENSE NMEA 2000 Wi-Fi Gateway & Data Logger

The W2K-1 ACTISENSE is a compact, high-performance NMEA 2000 to Wi-Fi gateway designed to transmit vessel data wirelessly to tablets, smartphones, PCs, and smartwatches. By converting NMEA 2000 Parameter Group Numbers (PGNs) into NMEA 0183 data streams and Signal K formats, the W2K-1 ACTISENSE enables seamless real-time navigation monitoring on popular mobile apps like Navionics, iNavX, Aqua Map, TimeZero, and OpenCPN.

Beyond wireless data streaming, the W2K-1 ACTISENSE features an integrated high-capacity MicroSD card slot for continuous voyage logging. It records all raw CAN-bus network activity—including engine metrics, GPS tracks, depth profiles, wind data, and vessel alarms—allowing marine engineers and captains to analyze performance metrics, diagnose network anomalies, or archive voyage telemetry using Actisense Toolkit and NMEA Reader software.

• Multi-Protocol Wireless Streaming: Converts NMEA 2000 telemetry to TCP/UDP NMEA 0183 sentences and Signal K formats for universal app compatibility across iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows.

• Built-in Voyage Data Logger: Records raw NMEA 2000 CAN-bus data directly to an internal industrial MicroSD card for voyage history, diagnostic review, and performance analysis.

• Dual Wi-Fi Modes: Operates as a standalone Access Point (AP) for direct device connection or joins an existing vessel Wi-Fi router network (Client Mode) for shared access.

• Diagnostic Web Server Interface: Allows full configuration, data log downloading, and live message monitoring directly through any standard web browser without installing additional software.

• Galvanic Isolation Protection: Features 1500 V opto-isolation on the NMEA 2000 connection to prevent ground loops and shield internal electronics from electrical transients.

• Ultra-Low Power Consumption: Powered directly from the NMEA 2000 backbone (LEN = 2 / 60 mA), requiring no external power cables or battery leads.
